Shipping policy
Effective 1/8/21, Blue Ribbon Designs is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
All personalized items, with the exception of custom tumblers, will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks (4-6 during peak seasons) for tumblers to be completed and shipped. Rush processing is available for an additional fee - contact us for more information.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Blue Ribbon Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Blue Ribbon Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Route (if you chose Route protection at checkout) or the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
